Hackalot HMA – Clash of Code Rules
1. Eligibility
Participants must be students or young programmers interested in coding and AI. Teams may consist of 1–4 members.
2. Project Requirements
Projects must be created during the hackathon event. Participants are encouraged to build projects using the Google Gemini API or related AI tools.
3. Original Work
All submissions must be the original work of the team submitting the project. Use of open-source libraries and frameworks is allowed, but they must be properly credited.
4. Submissions
Teams must submit their project on Devpost before the submission deadline. Submissions should include a project description and, if possible, a demo or screenshots.
5. Judging Criteria
Projects will be judged based on:
• Creativity and originality
• Technical implementation
• Effective use of AI tools (especially Google Gemini)
• Overall usefulness or impact
6. Code of Conduct
All participants must behave respectfully toward other participants, organizers, and judges. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Organizer Rights
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions that violate these rules or the code of conduct.
